Co-Founder / Managing Director
Siobhàn is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Make My Space, bringing more than 18 years of experience in the built environment. Her career began in local government, where she contributed to major education capital programmes and developed extensive experience in project management, stakeholder engagement and strategic planning. Today, she combines that background with her passion for residential development, interior space planning and thoughtful design. Siobhàn leads the business and helps clients assess feasibility, navigate planning and reimagine properties to create beautiful, functional homes that improve everyday living and maximise long-term value.

Co-Founder / Director
Chris is a co-founder and director of Make My Space, providing strategic and operational leadership across the complete customer journey. A quantity surveyor and project manager by background, he brings more than two decades of experience in cost management, procurement and the delivery of new-build, refurbishment and fit-out projects. Chris helps coordinate the design, commercial and construction teams while maintaining a strong focus on quality, regular project reviews and continuous improvement.

Adam is a co-founder and director of Make My Space, leading the commercial side of the business. A first-class quantity surveying graduate, he has more than 25 years of experience in quantity surveying, project management and commercial leadership. His background includes senior roles in retail and hospitality fit-out, cost planning and commercial management. At Make My Space, Adam helps turn design ambitions into practical delivery plans, with close attention to budgets, procurement, risk and cost control.
